Habitat for Humanity - Greater Columbus will be collecting used Computers and Electronics for recycling in honor of Earth Day 2011.
The event will be held SATURDAY, APRIL 2nd from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 PM. Again this year, TechUsed Computer Recycling will host the event at their NEW Recycling Center located at 3820 Zane Trace Drive, Columbus 43228.
Items to be collected include Computers, Monitors, Printers and most Electronics. Items do not have to work to be included and may be dropped off FREE of charge....(There is a $10.00 charge for TV's to cover the recycling costs for the glass tube).
Wire of all kinds, Home Electronics, Microwaves, toasters and other small appliances will also be accepted this year for FREE. (No large appliances please)
Proceeds from the environmental recycling or disposal of old computers and electronics will benefit Habitat for Humanity – Greater Columbus
